Acceptance

LeaseReviewed (the "Service") is operated by Andromeda LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, at leasereviewed.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. The Service analyzes US residential leases only.

Description of Service

The Service provides AI-generated, plain-English explanations of US residential lease language, section by section, for your jurisdiction. It is an information tool only.

Not Legal Advice

This tool explains lease language in plain English using AI analysis. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not rely on this output to make legal decisions. Consult a licensed attorney in your state with any legal concerns.

AI Disclosure

This tool uses AI. Your lease text (or page images, for a scanned or photographed lease), together with the US state and optional city you select, is sent to an LLM for analysis. Your lease text and page images are processed in memory only and are never stored on our servers. Responses are generated by an AI model, may contain errors, and should not be treated as authoritative. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the output.

Payment and Refunds

Each analysis is a one-time purchase ($15), processed by Stripe. The price is shown before you pay. Your analysis is refunded automatically if a technical failure on our end prevents it from completing. We screen submissions before payment to prevent charges for non-lease content; if a submission bypasses our screening and is determined not to be a usable US residential lease, we hold the charge and let you choose a free re-upload or a full refund. Held charges that are not resolved within a reasonable time are automatically refunded. Otherwise, all sales are final, because the analysis is a one-time digital product delivered immediately, except where a refund is required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit content you do not have the right to submit
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Submit content that is not a US residential lease in order to misuse the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service (including its design, code, copy, and branding) is owned by Andromeda LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the lease text you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your analysis. We do not claim ownership of your lease text or your analysis.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the analysis will be accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The analysis is generated by an AI model and may contain errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the analysis giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andromeda LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including submitting a document you did not have the right to submit.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service, or refuse or restrict access, at any time, including to protect the Service from abuse or unlawful use.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Before bringing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@leasereviewed.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Andromeda LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
